How long does it take for my ACH deposit to be processed?

Each ACH transfer typically takes 4 business days to settle. Before full settlement, you may have access to Instant Buying Power to start trading immediately.

Estimated receipt time:

• If you make a deposit before 4:00 p.m. EST, the deposit will settle around 9:30 a.m. on the fourth business day after the deposit.
• If you make a deposit after 4:00 p.m. EST, the deposit will settle around 9:30 a.m. on the fifth business day after the deposit.

Instant Buying Power

Before your deposit fully settles, you may have access to "Instant Buying Power," which can be used immediately to start trading stocks, ETFs, and options for qualified accounts. The amount of Instant Buying Power is related to:

• Deposit amount
• Account type
• Cash balance
• Market value of your positions
• Total funds received.

Important information:

• Due to the higher risk of fund returns, some institutions may not qualify for Instant Buying Power on ACH deposits. If you want Instant Buying Power from your ACH deposit, you can link an alternative institution. You can also check our wire transfer deposit instructions.
• Instant Buying Power will not be credited on pending ACH deposits when there is an open margin call on the account, but only after it is covered.
• Please note that Instant Buying Power may not be available for purchasing highly volatile stocks or leveraged ETFs.

Instant Buying Power Delivery Time:

• If you make a deposit before 4:00 p.m. EST, Instant Buying Power will likely be delivered the same day.
• If you make a deposit after 4:00 p.m. EST, Instant Buying Power will be delivered at 9:30 a.m. on the next business day.

To verify the arrival of funds:

1. Go to the home page of the app by selecting the Webull logo at the bottom center of the screen.
2. Tap on "Details".
3. Scroll down to find "Accounts payable and receivable".
4. Tap on "Incoming funds".
